National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD)

USAC is updating our security protocols to better protect your account. Beginning in December, USAC will introduce multifactor authentication on Universal Service Fund applications including NLAD/LCS. To prepare for this change, please make note of your username and password. Please also verify that you have access to the email address that serves as your username - access to this email address will be required to sign in using multifactor authentication. If you do not have access to that email, please work with your company's ETC Administrator to update your account.


We will share additional information about the move to multifactor authentication, including specific instructions, shortly.
